In this chilling December, a bowl of piping hot claypot noodle soup could be a great comfort to our tummy. By focusing on clay pot noodles and zhu cha that offering in reasonable price, Khee Hiang has been drawing many patrons from the vicinity to dine in for a quick fix. It is located at one of the corner shop lot at The One. Our try out has found their claypot noodles above average.
We opted Koay Teow Kia as the noodle for Claypot Fish Ball Soup Noodles (RM 6.90). Their koay teow very similar to Thai's Koay Teow either in term of size or texture. It came with prawns, fish ball and ornament with shallots leaf.
Claypot Siam Soup with Mee Hun (RM 8.90) was a little bit spicy especially when the soup still hot. The sourness coming from the tamarind has making it very alluring.
