Xiao Xi Dessert 小囍糖水 at Promenade Bayan Lepas Penang

The new shop, Xiao Xi Dessert located on the second floor right above Kopi Kia, offers a refreshing mix of traditional and modern favourites. Their menu features everything from nostalgic classics to trendy items like bingsu, beancurd, and waffles. This makes it a perfect spot for both the young and the old to enjoy some desserts together after a meal.

Black Glutinous Rice RM 6.90

We were in the mood for something classic, so we went for the Black Glutinous Rice, it was creamy, sweet and full of that comforting kochabi flavor. The Creamy Peanut Soup was thick, rich and fulfillinf. We could not resist adding two huge tang yuan to make it even more satisfying.

We also had the Pandan Lotus Paste Pancake for sharing, which came piping hot and generously sized.
