happō, the new addition to Arena Curve, brings a focused menu centred around ramen and tempura. Its minimalist exterior and cozy dining settings create a welcoming atmosphere. The menu was small yet well-curated, and they took time to explain the dishes, helping me make a better choice.

| 50/50 Ramen |
The ramen selection highlights Tori Paitan and Bonito Ramen. Unable to decide, I went for the 50/50 Ramen (RM 23.90) a combination of both broths. I opted for the plus version (+RM 5), which came with extra chicken charshu, ajitama egg, bamboo shoot and nori. The broth carried the milky richness of Tori Paitan's with the umami depth of the bonito. The addition of katsuobushi enhanced the savory notes. The ramen has the pure flavours from high-heat long hour boiling, was not salty, making it mild yet comforting.
Other than Ramen, happō also serves Tendon Moriawase.

| Cold Tofu Salad |
As a side, I ordered the Cold Tofu Salad (RM 12.90). Chilled silken tofu paired with refreshing yuzu granita and topped with katsuobushi and scallions, made for a light and a cooling dish. Perfect for a hot day.
To end on a sweet note, I tried the Hojicha Mango Swiss Roll (RM 15.90). The sponge cake carried a gentle hojicha aroma, balanced with light cream and a burst of mango in the center.
For drinks, I choce their signature Mitsu (RM 13.90) from the crafted drinks selection, a refreshing blend of homemade lemonade, chrysanthemum, licorice and yuzu. It was cooling and uplifting, a nice complement to the meal.
