Eastern & Oriental Hotel (E&O) celebrates their remarkable 140 years anniversary in true style by bringing back their timeless favourites at Sarkies. Guests are invted to embark on a nostalgic culinary journey that showcases the local delights and their iconic signature dishes.
The buffet dinner remains the crowd favourite, with its poached seafood on ice and the fresh sashimi selection. Highlights has to be the Chef's special include the flavour-packed oven baked Sambal Barramundi and Salmon En Croute.
The E&O's much-loved, their signature Hainase Chicken Rice, carvery like Chicken Roulade, Oven Baked Rib Eye Beef and Roasted Boneless Lamb Leg that offering a delightful induldence of Western classics and Oriental pride.
For meat lovers, the grill section promises a satisfying variety while the live noodle station serves up steaming bowls of local favourites, prepared fresh before your eyes.
We have to put a sweet end to the wonderful night with the desserts here and Sarkies ensures the guests get the lavish spread of cakes, pastries and local treats like Nyonya kuih.
