It was the striking orange signage of 1M Specialty Coffee House that first caught our attention. After browsing the menu, we agreed it looked like a great spot for cozy family dinner. The menu here carry subtle Asian influence, not too shabby at all though the portion slightly on the smaller side. On the plus side, it is kid-friendly, with a pink sand play corner at the outdoor space that kept the little one entertained while parents enjoy their meals and chat away.

We kicked off our dinner with a classic favourite, The Real Carbonara. It was rich, with silky sauce that clung to each strand of pasta, enhanced by a luscious raw egg yolk for added creaminess and dept. The savory notes from the cheese rounded everything off beautifully.
Another dish that we tried was the Pork Burger. The pork patty was well seasoned, firm yet tender, and topped with melted cheese. It was simple, hearty and satisfying.
To switch things up, we had the Hamburg Rice, a comforting Japanese-Western fusion. Fluffy Japanese rice was generously glazed with their soy sauce, paired with a juicy meat patty, a fried egg and a medley of vegetables on the side. It offered a delicious balance of savory and sweet, but what bringing our meal to a real comforting and satisfying close were the Hot Chocolate and Matcha Coffee Latte.
