We began our culinary journey with a selection of starters with each thoughtfully prepared. We had a trio of light, protein-based dishes: smoked salmon, octopus salad, and the fish tartare of the day. Each dish was beautifully presented and delightfully flavorful, providing an exquisite start to our meal. These appetizers were perfectly balanced, leaving us eager for the courses to come.

It was a night of indulgence for our senses—taste, hearing, and sight. An incredible East Malaysia cultural dance performance captivated our daughter, who was thoroughly mesmerized. She even requested a group photo with the performers at the end, capturing the memorable evening perfectly.
