Once a favourite Italian restaurant serving pizza, spaghetti and a variety of food by the beach, Sigi's Bar & Grill in Shangri-La's Golden Sands has been transformed into a family grill restaurant. Now they menu focuses on a variety of grilled seafood, barbecue meats and salads. The chef behind this wonderful transformation is Chef Galli Gilles, a French chef with extensive experience in the kitchen.

The mouthwatering grilled skewers offered in Sigi's Bar & Grill ranges from beef, lamb, chicken, fresh seafood and vegetables. All the meats and seafood have been marinated with a great blend of spices by the chef, and these delectable skewers served directly on a grill right in front of the tables, allowing you to savour it just right at the optimum temperature.
Casual skewers lovers can go for the classics such as Moroccon Lamb, Chicken Satay, Beef Kebab with Ras El Hanout, Salmon Teriyaki and others. Each meat skewers weigh exactly 120g and it is succulent. While the classics are great, do try out the Masala King Prawns, Provencal Scallops Hokkaido or Black Pepper Yellowfish Tuna too.

Sigi's Bar & Grill menu may have emphasie on the grilled skewers, but the chef also crafted a series of salads to balance the protein rich diet. Fresh ingredients were used in the salad, giving a very refreshing flavour that complements the smoky grills. Do check out the French Riviera Nicoise Salad.
The newly crafted menu also offer a range of desserts such as Apple Tart, Chocolate Mousse and Tiramisu. So far the taste of Tiramisu here is one of the closest matching to those we have tried in Europe.
