Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Penang celebrates Christmas in the year of 2023 with a different vibes this year, as they kick off the month of December with the lighting up of a charity Christmas Tree aims to spread joy and warmth to the children at Penang Shan Home. Guests are invited to purchase a teddy bear for RM30 each to decorate the Christmas Tree at the Garden Wing lobby, and all proceeds from the sales will be doanted directly to the children at Penang Shan Home at Mount Erskine. The charity Christmas Tree will be on display until 15 January 2024.

First and foremost, if you are looking for a secluded and private celebration at home this year. There are various takeaways offered by the resort, ranging from Yuletide treats such as Yule Logs, traditional Christmas Fruit Cakes and assorted Christmas cookies at Rasa Deli in the Garden Wing. Rasa Deli is open daily from 11am to 6pm.
Meanwhile, the flagship restaurant in the resort, Feringgi Grill also offer 3 special items for takeaways, namely Baked Beef Wellington with Au Jus, Baked Salmon Coulibiac with Dill Cream Sauce and Roasted Lamb Leg. Each item is recommended to be shared among 8-10 person and 48 hours advance order is required.
