Shangri-La Golden Sands Penang turns into such a dreamland in this Christmas with decorations erected in many corners of the hotel, starting from the entrance. There is a sleigh leading your way to the hotel, then foyer has a Christmas tree and a fireplace replica to give you the feelings of Christmas.

During this festive session, Shangri-La Golden Sands presents a steady stream of yuletile joy to celebrate the holiday session from Christmas till end of New Year's Day. We were privileged to have a look at what the buffet offers at Garden Cafe during Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.Â
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day buffet dinner at Garden Cafe is priced at RM 178 nett per adult, RM 89 nett for children and inclusive of a mocktail. Buffet is available at Garden Cafe on New Year's Eve too at RM 198 nett per adult and RM 99 nett for children.Â
The buffet features some great highlight and must have, among them are Beef Wellington and roasted turkey. On top of that, there are baked oysters, oyster omelette, pasta station, local Penang delights Char Koay Teow and a myriad of seafood on ice selections to appease your appetite. Sigi's Bar & Grill prepares for the festive with a more lively dining experience by offering a beachfront BBQ. For Christmas Eve BBQ Dinner and Christmas Day BBQ Dinner, the price is RM 208 nett and RM 218 nett for adults respectively. New Year Eve Beachfront BBQ dinner is priced at RM 268 nett per adults with freshly grilled seafood, meat, poultry, vegetables and mouth-watering accompaniments.
