Recently, Vouk Hotel Suites has introduced a new dining option in their hotel - the Rooftop Hawaiian BBQ Buffet Dinner that offers an unique nightview of Georgetown Penang at a glance. As the name suggests, the buffet dinner is hosted at the rooftop which is accessible by 2 designated lifts in the hotel (another 2 lifts only serve up to medium floors). It is available every Friday and Sunday until December 31, 2023 and price is RM75/adult, RM 65/senior citizen and RM 55/children. You can enjoy a promotion of buy 5 free 1 adult buffet too.

Although priced at RM 75/adult, the buffet does offer some exquisite seafood on ice, ranging from oysters, green shell abalone slices, mussels, tuna, half shell scallops, fresh salmon and prawns.
The food is prepared in the kitchen elsewhere in the hotel and being brought to the rooftop and serve here.
Apart from the seafood on ice, the culinary team of Vouk Hotel Suites also prepares a range of food from the action live counter, which includes BBQ pit that offers ala minutes steak, lamb chops, chicken susages, chicken fillet, cajun spiced chicken, fish fillet and chicken stay. Simply ask the crews to reheat the food under the pit fire for better enjoyment of the taste.
Other live action counter includes kebab station, char koay teow and waffles.
Other delicacies served in the buffet line includes a few selections of main course and desserts.
All in all, it is the paranomic view of the rooftop that offers an unique experience in the rooftop BBQ buffet dinner in Vouk Hotel Suites.
As part of this gastronomic celebration, Vouk also introduce theri signautre non-alcoholic drink - Vouktail. It is available in 3 refreshing flavours - Tropical Summer Mojitos, Lemon Espresso and Mango Peach Latte.
