Iconic Hotel Penang has just launched a new buffet themed "The Land | Sea Buffet"Â in May 2023, featuring an array of seafood and roasted protein for diners. The buffet is priced at RM 119+ per adult and happening every Friday and Saturday. Be quick to secure bookings for the buffet, as it took some diners have to make booking in advance for weeks when Iconic Hotel launches similar buffet promotion previously.

The culinary team has prepared a variety of fresh seafood for you to savour in this buffet line. Among them are fresh crabs, spanner crabs, clams, escargots and prawns. There is even a sashimi counter serving fresh tuna, salmon and tako.Â
If you prefer to have it cooked, then you can order the chef to prepare a plate of seafood consists of mussels, prawns and fishes.Â
To balance the iodine derives from the seafood, there is a grilling counter churning out a variety of proteins. Among them are sausages, lamb, satay, fish and etc. Anyway, sotong sumbat, which is a rare appearance among the buffet line also make a sight in the buffet counter. The chef can be seen grilling sotong sumbat non-stop as it is highyl sought by the diners.Â
Another highly sought item by the diners are Ikan Bakar and Special Pi Pa Duck prepared by the hotel's chef. Douse the duck with the dark brown sauce and it will be the delight of the night.
A dedicated counter serving ala-Mexican food such as quesadillas and wraps are being setup too.Â
The main dishes counter features an array of usual buffet fares. Worthy highlights including Nestum prawns, curry lamb and cheese baked oysters.Â
There is a variety of sushi and cheese selections being offered for the diners too. After the meal, you can get yourself treated with a variety of Western desserts, Nyonya kuih, layer cakes and fruits too.Â
