It is hard to miss out the center of buffet line, where a chef is busying craving the grilled lamb non-stop throughout the night. Excited diners are seen queueing up to get some of these delicious grilled lamb, then choose between brown sauce or BBQ sauce to go with it.Â
The hot dishes counter are served with an array of curry inspired dishes that fit into the general appetite of everyone. My personal favourite will go for the grilled prawns and curry fish.Â
On top of it, not to miss out is the Sup Gearbox which is brimming with flavour. The culinary team of the hotel also prepares an array of elements that served in lok-lok style, where you dip into the pot of boiling water and choose your preferred sauce.Â
