On top of that, the culinary team also prepare an array of delicious hot dishes such as Rendang Ayam Lebur, Gulai Daging Kawah, Sambal Tuis Sotong dan Petai, Siput Lala Goreng Cincaluk, Ayam Gajus and many more.
Malay traditional dishes such as Keropek Lekor, Satay Kambing, Satay Ayam and Sup Ekor are featured in the Ramadhan Buffet too.
Apart from that, there are dozens of Malay inspired dishes offered in the buffet line. The appetizers section offers some exquisite selections such as petai, jantung pisang and others, while the desserts also has a range of traditional Malay kuih.
The hotel also brought back the nostalgic memories of everyone by bringing a series of Julie biscuits in tin to be displayed in the buffet line. As millenials, we were excited to see these and it kind of rekindle us to my childhood memories, and I am proud to introduce these biscuits to my kids.
