The high ceiling Amaya Food Gallery at the 4th floor of the hotel makes dining here during the festive session a comfortable experience. You can expect a great spread of food in the Christmas or New Year buffet, starting from fresh oysters, crabs, prawns, mussels and prawns in the seafood on the ice section, then to a variety of Oriental and Western inspire hot dishes readily served in the counter.
Action counter in Amaya is one of the most anticipated section of the buffet, as the chef is constantly carving chicken and lambs to diners' plate, while the Japanese sushi chefs are expertly preparing salmon, tuna and squid sashimi. Do not miss out the cheese corners too.
At the other corner of Amaya is another section where the chefs prepare pasta as you order. The carbonara, which is prepared by coating the pasta of your selection with wheel cheese is one of the star at the night.Â
