The steamboat dinner comes with a prosperity salmon yee sang, and you can choose the broth between chicken broth or tom yam. There are a wide selection of fresh ingredients for the steamboat, ranging from a great variety of seafood, meats, eggs, vegetables, bean curds, noodles and 15 different types of condiments.
Besides, several main course such as lotus fried rice, wok fried longevity noodles and wok fried vegetables with garlic will be offered. There will be a variety of Chinese inspired desserts and sweets to be offered to conclude the meal as well.
On top of that, the steamboat dinner also allow you to have access to the charcoal bbq grill that offers the range of minute steak, sliced lamb, chicken tandoori sausage, chicken kebab skewer, lamb kofta, tiger prawns, slipper lobster, salmon fillet, red snapper and chicken stay with condiments.
