You can expect to get the festive dishes such as roasted turkey, roasted lamb, roasted chicken, along with a variety of main dishes such as beef Gremolata, mushroom ragout, garlic butter prawns, roasted chicken with rosemary sauce, Italian lamb stew and others.
Another worthy highlight is the hotel has introduced Cheese Block Pasta in the buffet line, which is a rarity in buffet spread. The pasta will be cooked in front of you in a hollowed cheese wheel, scapping the cheese to allow it binds to the pasta noodles before topping with sauce.
The buffet line also comrpsies of variety of Japanese sushi, sashimi and a variety of desserts to appease your appetite.Â
