Thanks to Hompton Hotel Penang for extending the invitation
I like the way how the Hompton Hotel F&B team arranged the assortment of seafood in the buffet line. The moment I walked into the dedicated partition for the food, I saw a sushi display counter with a chef ready to prepare my slices of tuna, salmon and butter fish.
Then the other corner are having assortment of seafood beautifully displayed on the rock, with its condiments that include lemon slices, chillies and tobasco on the side.
Adjacent to the seafood on the rock are fish tanks featuring live crabs and prawns, and the grilled prawns, crabs and cockles at located at the side. It is a surprise to see cockles being featured on the buffet line here as cockles are rarity due to its skyrocket price lately.
Sea-Foodie Buffet Dinner also features a variety of sushi, cold cuts, cheese, laksa, prawn soups, desserts and fruits.
The main dishes counter offer more to some staple food such as biryani rice, spaghetti noodles, curry fish, curry chicken, bamboo clams and baked cheese oysters to round up your dinner here.
Overall, Sea-Foodie Buffet Dinner is a nice buffet if you are someone into seafood.
