Fancy over a buffet with a variety of seafood dishes? Good news as Royal Chulan Penang is having a Poseidon's Kitchen Seafood Buffet Dinner every Friday and Saturday with unlimited seafood supply, ranging from flower crabs, fresh prawns, scallops, black and green mussels at seafood on ice selection, then sashimi, curry fish's head and more in the buffet spread. The buffet is priced at RM 98+ per adult, RM 78+ for senior and RM 68+ per children.Â

As the name implies, you can expect to get treated with a wide array of seafood. The big island in the center of Sri Tanjung cafe has display all sort of the seafood delicacies here, starting from the seafood on ice, sashimi, Japanese sushi and more.Â
Sharing the same place with the island are assortment of appetizers, salad, cheese platters and fruit selections. Royal Chulan Hotel kitchen team has been generous with the cheese and fruit selections by dishing out great quality cheese and fruits including Brie, Edam, Cheddar, Camembert, Blue Cheese, mata kucing and dragonfruits.Â

The main hot dishes counter features even more seafood inspired delicacies. Among them are Seafood Paella, chilli crabs, salmon teriyaki, fried calamari rings, kung po prawns, and baliong (yes, you read it right, Balitong!), how many hotel actually serves balitong in their food selections?Â
You could also head to to action counter and order a fish head curry, baked cheese oysters, or baked whole barramundi. Our favourite goes to the Mongolian BBQ station where they stir fried a plate of delicious mantis prawns, clams, chicken and beef.Â
