At Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang Penang, the team of chefs have curated a range of dinners for Christmas' Eve celebrationat Feringgi Grill, traditional Chritmas goodies for takeaway at Rasa Deli or must-have Christmas Turkey & Beef Wellington takeaway.Â

The dining highlight of the night out to be the Festive Dinner Set at Feringgi Grill. During Christmas Eve on 24 December 2021, the dinner set features a 4 or 5 course meals with a choice of main course, Cod Fish, Turkey Roulade or Grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, with one glass of Champagne or a mocktail, available from 6 to 10pm at RM 447 nett per person for the four-course and RM 468 nett per person for the five course.
You may have the Christmas festive celebration at home with the wonderful dishes from Feringgi Grill too. The Christmas Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Roasted Potatoes and Vegetables with Cranberry and Giblet Sauce is available for takeaway order, or you may consider to send it as an edible gift to your family and friends. It is best to place the order 24 hours in advance.

On top of that, Baked Beef Wellington with Au Jus, Baked Salmon Coulibiac with Dill Cream Sauce and Roasted Lamb Leg are available for ordering too. Each item is recommended for eight to ten persons.
Personally, we thought the Beef Wellington is well executed. The crispy pastry engulfing the duxelles and medium beef was a delight to the mouth.Â
Meanwhile, Rasa Deli in Garden Wing of the hotel also offer a range of Yuletide treats such as Yule Logs, Traditional Christmas Fruit Ckes and Fruit Mince Pies, European festive treats and handrafted confectionery. Rasa Deli is open daily from 11am to 6pm and you can walk in to see if any of these confectionery fit your needs. These definitely make a good gift to your colleagues or friends in this wonderful festive period.
Other dining affairs happening in Shangri-La's Rasa Sayang includes lavish buffet spread with unlimited flow of house wines, draft beers, soft drinks and juices in Spice Market Cafe (RM 298 nett for adults and RM 149 nett for children) and barbecue dinner spread at Pinang Restaurant & Bar with a sunset view (RM 168 nett for adults and RM 84 nett for children).
