The dim sums served in the lunch are crafted by the meticulous dim sum chef in the hotel, hence you can expect a fine degree of Cantonese flair and touches to these traditional Chinese snacks. There are 6 dim sums are offered in the menu as below:

- Steam prawn dumplings with coriander
- Steamed fish Teo Chiew style
- Steam Siew Mai with Tobiko

Personally, we can feel the finnese showcased by the chefs in the delicate thin skin of the dim sum that able to hold the fresh prawns being used. On top of that, the dim sum is brimming with its natural flavour such as prawns or freshness of the fish itself. Thus it is a true indulgence having these little snacks.
