As much as we enjoyed cooking and creating recipes during this lockdown period, certainly there are some dishes we cannot replicate at home kitchen. Thankfully at this time food deliveries are still operational and we can satisfy our greed and crave occassionally. This round, we had the food delivery from Hard Rock Cafe Penang and had the crave fixed with their iconic Western dishes such as Classic Burger and Spaghetti from the 15 different dishes featured on their Legendary Delivery & Takeaway Menu. The food delivery can be made by contacting them at 04-886 8050 / 017 - 228 3946, foodpanda or Tableapp. Moreover, the food is wallet-friendly with the price range of RM 20+ for spaghetti and RM 35 for the classic burger.

Beef Short Ribs Ragu Tagliatelle

Mix Mushrooms and Walnuts Spaghetti

We used to cook spaghetti once a week at home, ranging from Aglio Olio, Carbonara and Amatriciana but we still can never get bored from spaghetti from Hard Rock Cafe Penang because they were too good. The Beef Short Ribs Ragu Tagliatelle offers an in depth flavour with the nicely seasoned beef and sauce, along with a tad of cheesy feeling. The noodles are still lukewarm when delivered to us and we felt the taste is okay and save up the hassle of reheating.

Meanwhile, Mix Mushrooms and Walnuts Spaghetti offers a milder and less complex flavour compared to the earlier Beef Tagliatelle, but it is still awesome. We liked the earthy and herby flavour of the spaghetti, perhaps contributed by the mushrooms. It is a real bargain at RM 20.
