The concept of the Ramadan buffet is the brainchild of Chef Halim, which aspires to create memories you have as a child, especially the comfort, warmth and love you would get from your mom. Then, the addition of Morrocon cuisine such as M'qualli (Moroccon Chicken with Daghmira), brochettes (meat in skewers), Harira (Moroccan Lentils & Chickpeas Soup), Whole Baked Fish with Harisa and Mechoui (Moroccon Roast Lamb).
There are simply too many dishes to enjoy at The Light Hotel Ramadan Buffet 2021. Among the highlights are Sup Gearbox Singapore Style, and Nasi Biryani corner with various exquite accompaniments such as Ayam Bawang D'light, Kambing Hitam Manis, Gulai Kepala Ikan, Gulai Ikan, Gulai Daging, Dalca Tulang Kambing and more. Simply get the rice and mix all the curries and you will get a plate of heavenly taste meal.
Meanwhile, on grill bar there will be siganture Chicken Shawarma, Char Koay Teow, Roti Canai and Hokkkien Mee on daily rotation.
The Light Hotel even bring up the buffet to a notch higher by including Chinese corner, serving the likes including fresh dim sum, Uncle H'ng Chicken Rice & Duck Rice.
