We were like a happy kid run over to receive the food when delivery reaches our door front. The stable food container, coupled with the usage of car ensure all the food delivered were in pristine condition, as demonstrated by the arrangement of yee sang still in proper order upon recipient; and the sauce of the chicken did not spill to everywhere.

The hotel chefs also did generously with the crispy roasted chicken with portion more than enough for 6 person actually. Sticky sauces glaze the chickens with thin crispy skin, yielding a rich flavour. Similary, the protein rich based prawns also coated with rich salted egg creamy sauce.

Olive Tree Hotel invested a significant efforts in making the dessert for Chinese New Year set - Osmanthus Fish & Flower Goji Berries Jelly. The dessert was moderately sweet and best served upon chilled in refrigerator. It also represents auspiciouness, friendship and success.
