Choose whatever you enjoy from the likes such as smoked salmon, traditional gravlax, cured salmon with pineapple and palm syrup, blacken salmon with black bean salsa, smoked salmon terrine with petite herb and radish and yellow bell pepper vinaigrette, miso-glazed salmon with potato ragout and spinach sauce.Â
Indulge yourself with a lot more Malaysia delicacies offered in the line up here such as Briyani rice, Rendang Ekor, Kepah Lada Hitam, Lamb Vindaloo, Prawn Methi Masala and many more. At the same time, get the chefs to prepare on the spot a bowl of Kim Chee Hot Pot with Clams and Ramen Noodles, Vanilla Prawn and Salmon Dumpling on Pickle Vegetables, Char Koay Teow, Scallop Ragout on Garlic Toast and more.Â
Our favourite of the night will be their Salmon Dumpling, apart of their main highlight Rock Salt Baked Salmon.Â
As Mooncake Festival is around the corner, the hotel also will be launching their Mooncake box until 1st October 2020. Each box has 4 mooncakes with different flavour, namely pure red bean paste, white lotus paste, white lotus with single yolk and mixed fruits & nuts. Each box is priced at RM 120 nett.Â
