Pacific West welcomed year 2020 with the launching of 3 new products to the existing family, namely Nori Himalayan Salt Squid Spiral, Panko Coated Squid Strips and Sweet Chili Fish Cocktails in conjunction with a get-together event with media and social media friends.
The newly launched products inherit the Pacific West traits as expected:

- Innovation - Continuous creation of new products offering varieties in selections and taste.
- Quality - Premium choice of seafood and ingredients complying to international food safety and process standards with BRC, IFS, HACCP and YUMI accreditation. The products are all HALAL certified.

On that afternoon, Pacific West has partnered with The Prestige Hotel to roll out a delightful buffet by creatively infusing Pacific West products. Among the delicacies included Tempura Fried Prawn rolled with vegetables, popcorn fish with caramelized pineapple & tomato cherry, Potato and leek soup with Cajun stick breaded torpedo prawns with curry mee, Deep fried tempura prawns with creamy salted egg and many more.Â
This is a creative reflection on how the chefs turn Pacific West products into great food which loved by people across all ages.Â
For your information, Pacific West have graced major international events such as Sydney Olympic Games, Wimbledon Tennis Tournaments, Manchester United Football Club and World Rugby among others. They have also won the Special Awards for Convenience in Seafood Excellence Global 2019.Â

Of course, the get-together event by Pacific West with media and friends also cover a range of activities such as lion dance, mandarin orange doodling, fun and easy origami and cupcakes decorating session. We were fortunate to get the first prize for cupcakes decoration and see our products below!Â
