Both Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve are set to be a long and fun night. Thus, warm up your stomach with a range of starters and appetizers crafted by the hotel chef, including salad, spicy seafood cocktails, baby octopus with white sesame seeds, black lump fish caviar, rye bread salmon with guacamole and many more. At the same time, get some entree dishes such as salmon gravlax, chicken salami, chicken terrine, smoked duck breast, smoked fish platter on ice and sushi.
If you prefer something warm, help yourself with Aussie Cream Lobster Bisque Soup or Cream of Leek & Potato Soup. Personally, the Cream of Leek & Potato Soup which is brimming with natural aroma of the leek and potatoes is one of our favourite of the day.
The chef has prepared a few delectable main courses such as Grilled Salmon Steak in Fruity Glaze, Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Goulash, Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Garlic Rosemary Sauce, Three-Flavoured Stir-Fried Prawns, Squid Ink Pasta with Chicken Bolognese Sauce, Cornflakes Chicken with Mango Salsa and Firecracker Sauce and etc.
Also, not forgetting the must have for Christmas - Roasted Turkey and Roasted Baby Lamb with Christmas Stuffing of roasted potatoes and roasted vegetables.
