Enticing us at the entrance of Sukkah Coffee house during the preview of Christmas's Eve Buffet Dinner was a range of carving stations, serving delicious roasted Turkeys, honey glazed turkey square and roasted Sirloin. At the meantime, these proteins best mixed with the Yorkshire puddings served at the carving station too.
The buffet also features an array of dishes such as Cheese Platter, Grilled Chicken with Mango Curry Sauce, Potato Laksa Croquettes, Slow Roasted Lamb Shoulder with Lamb Jus, Beef Stroganoff with Mushroom & Parsley, Chinese Braised Oxtails, Imperial Seafood Chowder, Creamy Watercress soup, Smoked Salmon, Sushi, Seafood on the Ice and etc.Â
In a nutshell, it offers a fair balance of Oriental and Western flair dishes, catering for individual with different appetite.Â
There is a few unique dishes that we observed in the buffet line - Korea Spicy Rice Cakes and Raspberry Duck Confit served with Tortilla, specially crafted for those seeking for a refreshing taste in conventional buffet. Of course, end your meal here with a sweet end from the likes of Almond Stollen, Honey Melon Sago Panna Cotta, Crispy Jackfruit Dumpling and assorted Ginger Bread cookies.
