C'est Si Bon at Vouk Hotel Suites is offering stir fried grilled fish (Chu Char Ikan Bakar) Semi Buffet Dinner that featuring fresh marine catch with Southeast Asian cooking style to let you enjoy street food in hotel settings. The semi-buffet dinner is available every Friday and Saturday from 7pm - 10pm till end of 2019.
So how to choose your semi-dinner buffet package?
Exactly like any classic seafood restaurants, you can pick you preferred choice of marine catches, ranging from Chub Mackerels, Pomfret, Barramundi, Red Lion Fish, Stingrays, Squid, Cockles, Mud Crabs, Clams or Prawns and cooked in more than 10 different style such as steaming, deep fried or sauce. The seafood picked will be charged by weigh, and RM 10 is applicable for each cooking method.
At the same time, you can order other vegetable or side dishes too.
