How about a buffet with all savoury and sweet delicacies from all over Asia? Imaging the likes of Nyonya, Malay, Chinese or even fusion dishes under a single roof. Well, Royale Chulan Penang is now introducing The Asian Mash-Up buffet every Friday from 5th July 2019 at Sri Tanjung Cafe for RM 75 nett per adult and RM 50 nett per child or senior citizen. In fact, Royale Chula Penang is also offering a special "Seniors Eat for Free" promotion whereby with every 2 paying adults, 1 senior citizen eats for free.

The all-time favorite buffet items in Royale Chulan Penang such as Seafood on Ice, Nyonya Kerabu Prawns, Imam Balidi and Penang Char Koay Teow still remained but there are some new faces being added. Among these new additions are 4 different rice selections (Nasi Biryani, Nasi Tomato, Nasi Dhall and Nasi Hujan Panas), Five Spices Roast Lamb and Crispy Fried Nestum Prawns.

On top of that, you must not miss out some of newly invented fusion dish by the chefs in Royale Chulan Penang. For instance, classic Italian pasta has been given an Asian twist and become Sambal Sotong Pasta, Chili Cab Pasta, Stir Fry Seafood Tomyam Pasta and Duck Breast Aglio Olio Pasta. This pasta will be rotated in the buffet spread on a weekly basis, so you may enjoy different type of pasta every week.

At the same time, do not forget to check out the grilled lamb and mashed potatoes outside of Sri Tanjung Cafe. These perfectly grilled lamb cubes are set to appease your appetite.
