I believe most of us would have a dining location near to your house where you can enjoy great food without travelling too far. For us, we enjoy having a bowl of piping hot tomyam soup and fried Maggi noodle in a modest stall at Sungai Ara, sharing the same coffee shop with Kim Seafood. They serve great noodles which appeal to our taste buds. Despite the price may be a tad higher (RM 8/plate of noodle) but it comes with larger portion with generous toppings such as fried fish fillets and eggs.

Tomyam Noodle |
If we happen to come here for dinner, we will order fried Maggi noodle and tomyam noodle without fail. We enjoyed the way how the Maggi was fried - slightly wet and fried with egg, nice seasoning and topped with a round egg, which egg yolks ooze upon probing it. To our surprise, the fried maggi noodle also served along with a few slices of fried fish fillets.
On the other hand, the tomyam noodle was above average. It was not the strong level of spicy which we enjoyed but more than enough to satiate our cravings especially during chilling weather. It is served along fried fish fillets too.
Sometimes the crowd during weekend can get immense and long queue is expected. We have experience waited up to 30 minutes before the food is served. Looking at another perspective, you know how the Sungai Ara folks enjoy dining here.
During one of our visit, the chef introduced to try their signature Honey Sauce Pork Belly and it was surprisingly delicious! For the price of RM 15 per serving, it was definitely a great deal. If you prefer something solid for your dinner such as rice set, do try this honey sauce pork belly.
Well, this secret and low profile place will remain one of the place that we enjoy quiet dinner most.
