Evergreen Laurel Hotel has launched 2 different buffet, namely "From the Land to the Ocean" and "Oriental BBQ Bazaar" on Friday and Saturday evening respectively. Both buffet will be featuring a combination of seafood and meat BBQ such as steamed crabs, a variety of barbecue seafood, seafood on ice and etc, on top of regular buffet fares such as Japanese selection, various action counters, hot dishes and desserts. It is attractively priced at RM 100 nett for adult & RM 65 nett for senior and child, then 10% discount is applicable for adult price.

These buffets are naturally meant for those who enjoy seafood a lot. At the seafood of the ice corner, you can get chilled tiger prawns, mussels and scallops, on top of a variety of seafood in the BBQ corner such as prawns, slipper lobsters, stingray, fish and mussels. Fret not if you are accompany a non-seafood lover as he may feast on the varieties of meats such as mini patties, chorizo sausage, lamb chop and roasted lamb leg.

If you are coming for Friday BBQ, there will be a special feature of Rib Eye Steak with Mushroom Sauce, Oyster Omelette, Ketam Masak Lemak, Kambing Kurma and Oxtail Assam Pedas. Meanwhile those coming on Saturday can get to enjoy grilled Ikan Pari, Talapia, Mussels, Tiger Prawns, Slipper Lobsters, Chicken Patties and Beef Steak.

Since this is Penang, the hotel has prepared a variety of local delicacies for you to enjoy too. Do not miss out their Char Koay Teow (ask for extra spicy if you can take it), beef and chicken satay, Asian Tapas, prawn noodle soup and fried oyster omelette. At the same time, the pasta and noodle corner also feature 4 types of different pasta - Aglio Olio, Tomato & Carbonara Sauce.
