The Charming Old Times Luxury Boutique Hotel in Georgetown Penang - Hotel Penaga

In day time, the intersection between Lebuh Clarke and Hutton Lane may be bustling with traffic and locals returning home with plastic bags full of goodies after a satisfactory shopping at local market. However, many may be oblivious to the presence of a charming old time building at the intersection. That building is Hotel Penaga, a double storey building with terraced house and shophouses that was refurbished into a luxury boutique hotel. 

If you are looking for a stay in pre-war antique building that is well maintained, then Hotel Penaga may be a great choice worthy your consideration. There are 4 types of rooms - Hutton Deluxe, Clark Terraces, Transfer Suites and Penaga Suites. At the same time, the hotel is equipped with facilities such as a library, a dining coffee house, a lap pool, a business center and gym. On top of that, there are various Instagrammable spots in the hotel, and we really enjoyed the balcony view in Hutton Deluxe & Clark Terraces. Being a Penangite, we had never seen Georgetown in a view like this.
