Keisure Ramen is probably the biggest Ramen chain in Singapore, boasting 19 outlets in Singapore alone. What makes the Ramen restaurant is unique is that each of the restaurant has different concept and different from each other!

For instance, Ramen Keisuke branch in Clarke Quay is famed of having lobster stock, and the one in Orchid Hotel & Paya Lebar Road are named Ramen Keisuke Tonkotsu King.

Chef Keisuke Takeda, the man behind Ramen Keisuke has experiences working in both French restaurant and Japanese restaurant. Perhaps this explains how he conceived the idea of having Ramen in lobster stock. The Ramen is available in 4 different styles, namely Lobster Broth Ramen with Clear Soup, Lobster Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup, Miso Lobster Broth Ramen and Spicy Miso Lobster Broth Ramen.

A simple bowl of the Ramen here comes with slices of pork belly, prawn wonton and bamboo shoots. You may top up for onsen egg or other toppings with additional cost. You may even request the strength of the soup!

We had a bowl of Lobster Ramen with Rich Creamy Soup, and we can give a conclusion that it was unique. As soon as the Ramen was served to our table, we could scent the immense lobster flavour!

The lobster stock was rich, thick and strong in lobster scent (albeit we choose the normal strength) and tasted akin a milder version of lobster bisque. It paired miraculously with the Ramen noodles, till at one point we concurred this was not the conventional Japanese Ramen.

If you are a fan of lobster bisque, we are sure you will definitely enjoy this bowl of Ramen. For us, we thought it was good but the impression of the uniqueness painted our mind more.

Another thing that surprised us was their wonton that had a fresh prawn generously as a filling. The wonton was exceptional, except there were too much wonton skin for us to enjoy.

If you do not feel like having a bowl of Ramen, they do offer Fluffy Omu Rice. It was above average and the curry tasted different compared to the usual one we had.
