Eastern & Oriental Hotel will be preparing a plethora of awesome dishes for the upcoming holy month of Ramadhan from 5 May to 3 June 2019. Bearing a theme "Selera Kampung", the Ramadhan buffet will be rotated on a daily basis and featuring delights such as charcoal satay, BBQ whole roast Australian lamb,, ikan bakar & Mongolian BBQ, assorted Asian dishes, rotisserie action featuring seafood, lamb, beef, chicken, sushi counters and many more. Early birds 20% discount is applicable on top of the regular RM 166 nett pricing for adults diners with full payment before 15 May 2019. Children (6-12 years old) price is RM 83 nett.

"Selera Kampung" Ramadhan Buffet 2019 is being held at Sarkies at Victory Annexe of E&O Hotel and the buffet spread expanded till the outside of the veranda. Over there, you can find the skillful chef carving the BBQ whole roasted Australian lamb, one of the must have during this buffet.
On top of that, there are many delicacies being prepared by the chefs there. Among the highlights are charcoal chicken / lamb / beef satay, gulai kawah, ikan bakar & Mongolian BBQ, and rotational available items such as nasi lemak ayam, cucur udang, Penang pasembur, somtom and many more. Also, get a cup of refreshing cold drinks, teh tarik or Nescafe tarik to quench your thirst after the fasting period.
Flipping into inside Sarkies, the Rotisserie Action Section has even more delicious items for you to relish. The chefs at the hot plate section is busy preparing salmon steak, sabah fish, Japanese long fish, squid rings, minute steak, beef, chicken or jumbo sausages for you to satiate your cravings for grilled items.
Besides, the carvery section will have daily rotated menu that constantly serving 2 different proteins - beef and chicken. E&O Roasted Duck with its special duck sauce is something that you should not miss too.
More than a dozen of chaffing dishes such as Rendang Tok, Prawns, Mussels, Lamb Stews, Tofu with different cooking and preparation method will be available at another corner of Sarkies. If you want to get some noodles, order a plate of Char Koay Teow, Hor Fun, Tai Bak Noodles, Tomyam, Mamak noodles or even Singapore style Bee Hoon as your source of carbohydrates.
On top of that, there will be assorted deep fried items and crackers such as Money Bag, Fish cracker, Papadom, Vegetable Samosa, Spring Roll, Onion Ring, Pandan Chicken and many more that will be available on a rotational basis.
Seafood aficionados will in joyous mode to see poach prawn, green and black mussels, spanner crabs and mud crabs in the seafood on ice counter. On top of that, there will be medium poach oysters with salsa on the plate, gratin oysters of the day, baked whole fish with chef choice of flavour, fresh sashimi - tuna & salmon, and a range of sushi for you to fall into a conundrum what to have for the night.
Those having a sweet tooth can get your fix here with the array of Western dishes, assorted Malay kuih, hot choices of desserts such as bubur kacang hijau, pengat pisang dengan keledek, bubur jagung and etc available on rotational basis, chocolate fountain and different flavour of ice cream.
There will be fresh cut fruit platters for you too.
Well, buka puasa this year in E&O Hotel definitely will be a great experience! For those who prefer some privacy, you can have advance booking to buka puasa at private dining room with a choice available for buffet style or hidang set (minimum 30 persons to confirm Selera Kampung Buffet and 2 tables for Hidang Set).
You may also plan for a Jom Raya Buffet Lunch with free flow of refreshing beverages on 4 & 5 Jun 2019 (Tuesday & Wednesday), from 12.00pm - 2.30pm. It is priced at RM 108 nett and RM 54 nett for adult and children respectively.
