Spend your perfect evening for a romantic Dinner By The Pool at Eastern & Oriental Hotel by enjoying a 4-course set menu. The dinner is taking place daily at Victory Annexe Level 6 and limited to 10 couples only. It is such a serene environment where you get to savour delicious fine dine while gazing at the breath-taking view of the Andaman Sea and catching the beautiful sunset moment with your love one.

The dinner started light with a bowl of nicely seasoned Gourmet Salad. It comes with a mixture of green and red lettuces, topped with cherry tomatoes and eggplants. Salad leaves were fresh as demonstrated by the crunchy and crisp texture.Â
Next, we continued the dinner with the Soup of the Day prepared by the chef. It was a bowl of freshly cooked mushroom soup with presence of finely chopped mushrooms pieces. Seasoning was done at the right point by having the onion, garlic and herbs complimenting the earthy flavor of the mushrooms well.Â

For mains, you may choose between Pan Seared Salmon Loin or Grain Fed Beef Fillet Mignon. Salmon Loin is well executed by having a crisp skin and a fluffy and light pink flesh that almost melt when it touches the tongue. We enjoyed the slight briny flavour of the salmon, a reflection on the taste of fresh catch of the sea. Have it along with the asparagus or brocolli to give some biting texture.
On the other hand, Grain Fed Beef Fillet Mignon is a dish that let you relish on its texture. It has a well tender texture, and the taste was enhanced by the accompanying sauce. The fillet mignon was best to enjoyed with medium rare texture.Â
The we finished the night with the Dessert of the Day - a piece of cheese cake. Although it may look heavy but it has a light cheese taste that provides a sweet end of the day.
