After an amazing effort by Lexis Suites Penang team in putting up their Christmas Eve Buffet 2017 successfully with more than 300 guests, the team decided to take a level higher in Christmas Buffet 2018. Executive Chef, Chef Johnno and his team has crafted a range of delicacies, ranging from cold delicacies, cheese corners, soup, carving station, seafood on ice, pasta, western dishes, hot dishes and desserts in a very much Christmas oriented design Roselle Coffee house. This year, there will be special live band performance, lucky draw, and gift by Santa Claus and Santarina. The buffet is priced competitively at:

The buffet covers a range of great spread that worthy mentioned as below:

- Delicate Hot Pumpkin Golden Soup - best eaten with a variety of pastries served.
- 5 types of Cheese, served with Christmas dried nut and dried fruits
- Carving station featuring Roasted Lamb Legs and Authentic Roasted Turkey. The chef took it a level higher by offering 4 different stuffings
- 6 types of seafood with 4 types of sauces and condiments. There will be sushi and sashimi too
- some hot delicacies such as poached sea bass with fresh dill and saffron butter sauce, teriyaki beef, baked creamy seafood stew, homemade chicken roulade, grilled lamb chop, Brussels sprouts, fragrant prawns with nutmeg mayo sauce and many more.
- Spaghetti, Penne, Angel hair with reamy Ham, Tomato Puree and Bolognese Sauce
- a range of sweet end and classic Christmas treats such as Christmas Yule Log, Christmas Stollen, Chocolate Truffle Cake, Classic Cheese Cake and etc.
Lexis Suites Penang will be having a grand countdown dinner and party on 31st December 2018 too. The buffet is priced at RM 188 nett for adult and RM 100 nett for children and senior citizens. After that buffet, you may head up to Sky Terrace and indulge in the countdown party while enjoying the magic show, live band performance, games session and many more!
