Buka Puasa at Four Points by Sheraton Penang gets different with a lavishing buka puasa spread with palate-pleasing flavour by the seaside setting. The Executive Chef, Nor Ismail Matesa has crafted a buffet dinner themed “Magical Ramadan Buffet Dinner” featuring few highlights such as Braised Moroccan Lamb Ball in Spice Tomato Sauce, Arabic inspired dishes such as Dajaj Mashwi and Nasi Khasba. Priced at RM 69 nett (adult), RM 40 nett (child aged 6 – 12 years old and senior citizen), the buffet runs from 17th May till 14th June 2018 (7pm to 10.30 pm). Early bird vouchers for adult are available for RM 59 nett (adult) till 31st of May 2018.

The exterior part of the restaurant gets exceptionally happening during Ramadan time with the setup of various action stalls. You can see the chefs are non stop preparing various delicacy such as satay and grilled meats (lamb and hot dogs) due to the popular demands of the crowd.
Of course, best to warm up your stomach with a bowl of Malay style Laksa after your buka puasa!

The buffet also get a touch of Arabic spell in the dishes, thus you can see a few peculiar dishes such as Braised Moroccan Lamb Ball in Spice Tomato Sauce, Dajaj Mashwi and Nasi Khasba on the spread. It is a wonderful opportunity to introduce your children or family to these Arabic inspired dishes in case they have not been exposed to it during this Ramadan session, and it could be the topic of discussion for the night by having your children to differentiate between local and Arabic dishes!

In case you prefer some Western style dishes, head over to one of the counter and the chef will be delighted to prepare spaghetti of your choice, let it be Aglio Olio, Bolognese or even Squid Ink Spaghetti - the real black coloured noodles dyed naturally with squid ink.
The dessert corner also feature a fair mix between Western and local delights for you to wrap up the night. Do not miss the Malay kuih-muih here, it is delicious!
