Buffet Ramadhan Dulang Pak Beh 2018 @ Iconic Hotel, Bukit Mertajam, Penang

Berbuka Puasa in Iconic Hotel is set to bring you a wholly new experience. The Buffet Ramadhan theme dovetails neatly to their Chef, Pak Beh as he dished out a few secret recipe inherited from his grandfather and own creation formulation such as Ketam Masak Lemak, roasted lamb with an arcanum blend of spices and etc. With a spread of more than 160 dishes, Dulang Pak Beh Buka Puasa buffet is available daily from 7pm - 10pm from 17th May to 14th June 2018, priced at RM 65+ per person for adults and RM 32.50+ per person for children between 4 and 12 years old and senior citizens above 60 years old.

Different from the other buffet, Dulang Pak Beh Buka Puasa is being held on Level 6 of Iconic Hotel, whereby the car park has been miraculously transformed into an air-conditioned and spacious buffet dining space.

The main dishes is being served on claypot to preserve the heat, and among the highlights that you shall not miss out is their signature Ketam Masak Lemak, Ayam Perchik Kelantan, Kurma Telur, Ayam Goreng Berempah, Kapah Masak Kam Heong and Udang Masak Sos.

Various action stalls also offer a range of delicacies such as Chicken Shawarma, Satay, Apam Balik, Murtabak, Roti Canai, Char Koay Teow, Laksa and Roasted Lamb. Do give a flirt of the perfectly roasted lamb with the two different condiments - mint and black pepper for a different degree of decadence.
