Smile There Cafe is the new eatery joining the cheesy toasty trend in Penang, housed under the refurbished shop lot on the bustling Lebuh Macallum. The space is small with a few tables to cater for fast moving crowds, featuring a number of cheesy toast choices and some western food. Price are reasonable with everything below RM 16. Drinks on the other hand are on the high side as it is made from instant drink powder. Although this space serve as a quick snack spot, do wait patiently for your order as every order are prepared freshly upon order. Besides, do expect to park some distance away and walk over to this cafe.

Their signature dish, Golden Falls Cheese comes with the oozy cheesy filling that triggered us to challenge how long we can pull them apart. Taste wise was spot on with crunchy toast edge. It comes with fries but the portion is just enough to serve as a snack between meals.
We always have a soft spot when come to dish relates to spicy, therefore we ordered Golden Hot Spicy Chicken. The chicken was well marinated with a hint of spiciness, the meat was tender in chunk size, and coated with savoury cheese.Â
