As you can see, the main dishes cover a range of delicacies ranging from the savoury and sweet side. Singapore Chili Crab is a surprise find on the menu as not many chefs are adept in preparing such a tedious dish.
On top of that, the buffet is filled with a lot of curry dishes origin from different country to let you have a feast on all the savoury dishes.

The food spread for International Buffet Dinner at Iconic Hotel does not just end there. Head over to the action counter and get the sushi chef to prepare Sashimi with Tuna, Squid, Salmon or Butterfish, or you can get some roasted fish puff filled with cream sauce.
One thing that you shall not miss out is the roasted chicken and duck rice. Both the item, especially duck are well marinated and tender in texture that packed a fistful of strong yet pleasant taste.Â
If you prefer a more Western diet, get a plate of Aglio Olio, Bolognese, Carbonara and pick your desired ingredients to go along with your spaghetti.

Both appetizers and desserts corner feature an equal share of Western and Oriental fares. Of all the different items shown above, our favourite would have to be the glutinous rice with red bean soup, which the chef was ever generous by putting such a good amount of filling into the rice balls. Then coupled with the milky and creamy red bean soup, it gives a perfect sweet end to the meal.
