Fonterra's leading dairy food services segment, Anchor Food Professionals is celebrating this festive season with a lot more cheesiness by elevating the pleasure of pizza to a whole new level. After the huge success of the first PizzArt campaign last year, this second PizzArt campaign is going to carry the enjoyment of pizza a notch up by infusing global food trends into local favourites. Introducing two new types of Artisanal Pizza to Penangites, the PizzBurger and Cheese Pretzza.
These inventive pizzas under PizzArt were conceptualized and created by their own Anchor Food Professionals' Hot Cooking Chefs, where only the kitchen crews with advanced culinary skills are able to make it. Using the best dairy products from Anchor, these new creations from PizzArt is going to create another wave of cheesy madness among the pizza lovers and cheese fanatics.

"This round, we are working with 18 outlets in Peninsula Malaysia and East Malaysia. In Penang Island and Bukit Mertajam, customers of US Pizza are in for a treat with these one-of-a-kind pizzas just in time for Chinese New Year" said Ms Linda Tan, the Director of Anchor Food Professionals Malaysia.
PizzBurger
The art of incorporate burger concept and creatively transforming it into the bun shape pizza that you have never seen it before. Cross section the golden crust PizzBurger then the Anchor cheese will ooze gradually with succulent grilled minced meat patty as filling. It is not just a type of Anchor cheese been used here but the combination Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese.
Cheese Pretzza
For the ultimate cheesy experience, try their meat-filled Cheese Pretzza. This cute pretzel looking pizza incorporates 3 types of Anchor cheese here: Anchor Cream Cheese, Anchor Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheedar Cheese. On top of that, the dough recipe is added with Anchor Extra Yield Cooking cream, to bring you robust and bursting sensation on your every bite of the Pretzza.
