Mee Rebus & Mee Goreng @ Mikamal Restaurant, Alor Setar, Kedah

Here is a plate of the scrumptious Mee Rebus. I love the richness from the tomato soup with a hint of pleasant squid taste. The noodles are topped generously with some firm tofu, tofu egg and shallots. Noodles texture were done right but unfortunately the only let down was the soggy texture of the firm tofu. Otherwise it would have been an excellent bowl of noodle. 

Mee Goreng here is equally good in terms of the taste also. The chef has done great to give the noodles a nice texture, then fried it to exhibit some wok-hei with a slight sweet taste from the sweet soy sauce.
