Good news for all the diners at Cititel Penang as Salmon Yee Sang will be prepared for all tables for you to toss for a prosperous new year.
We see a wide range of main hot dishes display elegantly at the counter, ranging from both local and International dishes such as Salmon Curry Head, Beef Stroganoff, Chinese BBQ Duck, Oyster Thermidor Chinese Style, Braised Chinese Cabbage with Dried Oyster and Black Moss, and the one dish that brings fortune during Chinese New Year - Longevity Noodle.
Beside the hot dish counter lies the action counter, whereby the chefs are busy preparing various delicacies that must not be missed, in particularly the chicken or beef satay that packed with succulent meats. There are grilled meats too, and assorted grilled items such as corns and hot dogs are available.
Remember to check out the neighbouring platter for some Asian Tapas and Penang Rojak as well.
When we thought Christmas celebration is over and no more Beef Wellington in the buffet line at the hotel, it was such a surprise to see the classic Beef Wellington is served here during Chinese New Year.
Of course, who would let go such an opportunity to savour such a delicacy.
Both seafood and Japanese food lovers will get pampered with a wide selection of seafood on ice and nicely crafted sushi & sashimi.Â
Check out the dessert counter and get a sweet end for the celebration with some chocolate fudge or assorted Nyonya kuih. If you prefer to get some Oriental flavours instead, then Kwai Leng Koh or Red Bean Soup with Glutinous Rice Ball shall fit in your criteria.Â
