Today the food journey continues to a rather remote location in Kedah to hunt for a famous Nasi Ayam / Chicken Rice. This stall named Nasi Ayam Pak Mud is located at a concealed location in Kampung Merbok at Kuala Muda. It is very popular among the locals, especially MRSM and UiTM students or staffs. For non-locals, it is not easy to locate the stalls in the village because we struggled to locate it as well. Please follow the GPS location provided in the end of the page for its precise location.
Nasi Ayam Pak Mud specialty lies within their special marinated and nicely chopped tender chickens, coupled with their own made black chili sauce, it gives a very unique and strong flavour. By far, this is one of the best Malay chicken rice that impressed us deeply.Â
