Many thanks to Hardwicke House for extending the invitation.
The carving station is the main festive highlight, with Roasted Turkey as the star, accompanied with traditional stuffing and cranberry sauce. The big bird is expertly marinated and roasted while preserving its texture and taste. Meanwhile, check out the roast ribeye steak accompanied with choices of red wine sauce, black pepper sauce and dijon mustard which would absolutely satiate the carnivore eaters.
For added savoury treats, check out the grilled counter for the marinated chicken thigh with Cajun spices, and the lambchop with garlic and minted flavour.

Classical Beef Stew with Carrots & Potato |
Steamed Broccoli & Mixed Mushroom with Oyster Sauce |
Duck Breast with Orange & Cinnamon Glaze |
Chinese Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables |
Serious eater should not miss their main hot dishes section. Our favourites are the Chicken Tandoori and the Duck Breast glazed with orange and cinnamon. The seasoning hit right to the point where the poultry remain tender and juicy. Though some might avoiding carbo intake during the buffet, give their Chinese Fried Rice a try and you will ask for refill.
Bed of cold seafood on ice makes the night even better with choices of mussel, scallop, prawn, and bamboo clam which is a rare find on cold seafood corner. Gravlax, the raw salmon cured with salt, pepper and dill would spark your palate as appetizer. Along in the composed salad are the Western and Asian salads such as potato salad with chicken ham flakes and mixed squid salad with Asian dressing.
There aint better way to end your thanksgiving evening than an array of delightful sweet Christmas dessert like Yuletide cookies, Yule log, ginger bread cookies, Christmas pudding, roasted pumpkin cheese cake and ice cream.
