There are 3 range of
8 course Chinese menu to select from for their dinner packages:
- Classique Package RM 788 per table
- Delicieux Package RM 1188 per table
- Marvelous Package RM 1688 per table
We managed to sample their Delicieux package during the appreciation night and we absolutely enjoyed it. The night started with their supreme combinations dish which presented elegantly with lobster plating. Then, moving on to the soup and golden prawn.
Before we marched on to the rest of savoury plates, Mongolian chicken was a nice break with a tad of spicy kick and sourly sweet salsa presented in pineapple bowl.
Fish is like a staple dish for every Chinese dinner. We had a gigantic garupa which was steamed and lightly seasoned to allow diners to taste its originality and freshness. On top of that, the chefs did a great job on the roasting the lamb to tenderly texture, while the honey black pepper sauce blended with the baby potatoes and green perfectly.
The luxury menu excited us even more with their De "Treasure of Seafood" that came with decent size of abalones served in the bed of braised sea asparagus. Last but not least, chilled mango puree with pomelo that topped with coconut ice cream put a sweet end for that night. Anyway, the dessert's presentation do reminded me of the cute Yolk Brother cartoon character.
