Regiustea, originated from Hong Kong, uses a special brewing method, with low temperature to extract the beneficial ingredients to produce a cup of healthy and non-caffeinated drink. They have taken their drinks a step forward by introducing the option to replace their cheese top with DURIAN foam. Available all year long throughout the outlets. One of the popular pick, Jasmine Green Tea with cheese was what I ordered. However, the right way to enjoy their Regius Cheese is not with straw, but straight from the edge of the cup. Removed the cap, make sure you drink with slanted 45 degrees to enjoy the different sensation came concoction of it. You will first wow with the creamy cheese that give you a tickle of saltiness. Then, while your tongue still lingering with cheesy savoury, the soothing Jasmine Green Tea would kick in and awaken your palate with refreshing sense.Â
If you are an ardent durian fans, replace the cheese top with durian on your next visit. Be ready to be embarked with striking durian's aroma with your nose, while your savoury senses experiencing the creamy texture followed by tea. After sampling all their signature 8, my personal favourite would be their Milk Tea, White Peach Oolong and Signature Chocolate. One of the sweetest touch here is that all drinks here available in both ice and hot. Isn't this good news for the ladies?
