Most people passing by Gurney Plaza would have seen an alfresco area with an gigantic tree. Yes, that is Tree Bar managed by G Hotel. It is an excellent chilling space with distinctive view, and the open-air concept provided a much fresher state of environment for a chill-out session with friends. Ever since we had opportunity to have a cocktail session and enjoy some of the finger foods, Tree Bar probably would be one of our preferred choice for gathering!
After the G Hotel Cocktail Contest, we were invited over here to try out most of their bites. Currently Tree Bar has rolled out a new menu as well, featuring a few of the unconventional finger foods on their menu such as Siu Mai, Chicken Katsu &Â Gyoza!Â

Meat Balls (RM 32) and Buffalo Wings (RM 32) never went wrong during any chill-out session in bar. We enjoyed the buffalo wings due to its non-greasy state and exhibit tender meat, while meat balls comes well with light gravy. Sausage Puff (RM 14) and Onion Ring (RM 12)Â are some alternatives for a lighter bite for the evening.Â
If you are hungry, go for either Seafood Pizza (RM 32) with calamari, prawns, mussels, tuna topped with homemade tomato sauce, basil and cheese, or Meat Lover Pizza (RM 32) with minced beef, salami, sausage topped with tarragon tomato sauce & fresh arugula.
Vegetarians can go for their Vegetable Sping Roll (RM 12).Â
If you enjoy fiery hot sensation, go for their Crab Cakes (RM 32) and dip them into the hot chili sauce. The sensation is no joke but you could cool it with beers anyhow. Nevertheless, not a big problem for us as we are chili lovers!Â
Last but not least, check out the Mozzarella Stick (RM 22) with the cheesy being pulled upon biting. Once you have it, you will request for more definitely!Â
