Batu Ferringhi's Daily Night Market

While Batu Ferringhi has beautiful seashore coupled with beach activities for tourists in the morning, the activities at night centred around its night market, stretching 1km from the McDonald's restaurant towards the end of the world. The makeshift stalls start operate at 7pm, selling jerseys, souvenirs, paintings, bags, handicrafts and etc.

Walk through the narrow passage with both sides had display on the selling items. The sellers may try to sway you to look at their items, though they are not aggressive nor pushy in selling their items in reality. Be prepared to haggle for a better price, and the trick of having your target price inside your heart and bargain all the way to it might help.

It is a good place to get some souvenirs or decorations as a remembrance you have been to Penang, or get a piece of swimming wear for your beach activities tomorrow. Sometimes, if you have lost your charging cable or had a sudden worn out slipper to change, head over here for a quick shopping.

Otherwise, just stroll through the stalls and enjoy the atmosphere of this flea market.

If you are hungry, plenty of restaurants are located beside the main road, though the price here might be relatively higher compared to other places in Penang.
