Seafood Delight Dinner Buffet @ Nada Lama, Hotel Equatorial, Penang

There are 4 restaurants netsled in Equotorial Hotel, the hotel is just around 15 minutes drive away from the Penang's airport and Penang Free Trade Zone. The View, Nada Lama, Kampachi and Golden Phoenix are the fours restaurant. I just recently tried their Thursday's Seafood Delight Buffet Dinner at Nada Lama. A cozy dining spaces offering hot section at the outdoor while keeping the cold section indoor. I wishes there were more variety of dishes offered, however it is satiated to fill up my tummy.

Seafood Dilight Dinner Buffet @ Nada Lama, Equotorial Hotel, Penang

Their grilled counter offered seafood likes baby lobster, stingray, fish, clam, crab and vegetables. However, the refilled was slow. I managed to samples their clam with tamarind sauce.

Frying counter offers fried noodle and koay teow. The wok hei was strong with balanced seasoning.

Picked your ingredients ranging from seafood to vegetable, they will help you fry it with their special sauce. I enjoyed this dish, especially the tinge of spicy kick. It is best to share with friends.

There were 6 dishes offered for the main, 2 types of pastas, fried rice, white rice, baked potato and butter broccoli. The fried rice was worth the highlight, smacking flavorful with anchovies.

Mushroom Stuffed in Fish Wellington, glazed with a little bit of cream sauce and tarta sauce, sprinkled a handful of coriander on top with a squeeze of lemon was heavenly.
